• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We work with trusted suppliers and shipping partners to fulfill orders. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers through our dropshipping network.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Lebanon: 3–18 business days (where available)

• International Orders: 7–30 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that some shipments may not include tracking, depending on the supplier or destination.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
